Do I have to purchase each module individually?
No, A1 Suite is a complete package we believe is everything you need to run your venue successfully. Use as much or as little as you like.
How much does it cost to use A1 Suite?
A modest monthly standing charge is applied per site for the use of Al Suite, coupled with a scalability* fee levied against each remote transaction. Our pricing policy is geared to making Al Suite as cost neutral as possible.
*The scalability fee is designed to distinguish large-scale users from smaller operators and is applied per transaction against remote transactions processed from the Web, App and APl’s only exduding Al Shop.
Do you offer training?
Yes, On or off site training is available on request.
I am not based in the UK, can I still use A1 Suite?
Yes, our dedicated Support Team can connect to your site and assist you anywhere in the world.
If I have a query can I speak to someone?
Yes, sometimes we understand that you just need to talk to someone, our team are here for you.
What happens if we run into technical issues?
